The entry level features a roomy living room with new couches and TV/DVD, a well-equipped kitchen, the dining room will seat 6 at the table and 4 at the dining room-kitchen pass through counter, the sliding glass door opens to the back deck with open space beyond that. There is also a half bath on this floor.
Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 has a Queen (with TV), Bedroom 2 has a full, Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) and a full bath with tub shower in the hallway.
Internet access is included. Please note we are in the mountains and sometimes there are problems with the internet that are out of our control.
There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the unit. All others must park in the overflow area.
This home does NOT have air conditioning.
The complex offers 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and sauna in the summer and a year-round hot tub. Just about 3 miles from Tahoe City, this condo is close to all the fun that Tahoe has to offer! In summer Skylandia and Bristlecone Beaches are a short stroll away and you can take the designated bike and pedestrian path all the way to downtown.

Although 80% of our properties are pet-friendly - this is NOT a pet-friendly property. Please be respectful of this. We do not consider service animals pets. If you bring a dog, you will be subject to a fine and are in breach of contract which could result in being asked to leave the property.

1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.
