he living room is warm and inviting featuring a cozy fireplace and easy access to the fully stocked kitchen. Through the living area and kitchen are the bedrooms. The first is a large bedroom with a king bed and French doors opening onto the private deck. The second bedroom across the large is another great size room with a king bed.  Lodging amenities include quality linens; leather sofa in the living room which folds out to a queen bed; and dog-friendly extras such as dog bed, dog treats, and Tahoe guidebook for dog lovers. •  Important, this property does not have air conditioning.  Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe

On March 11th 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include:
   •Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
   •Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
   •Parking is limited to the following number of spaces:  


1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.

Such a relaxing house.
Such a relaxing house. Fully outfitted kitchen! Better than my own. Deck and jacuzzi were a delight! Def recommend and want to stay again!

We had a great stay in this cosy cabin. The location for summer was great with a short walk down to the lake and river, and we loved having a soak in the hot tub and bbq each day! The cabin felt very homely. Tahoe Moon were quick to respond to us when we experienced a plumbing issue and all other communications prior to our stay

Nice Spot - really enjoyed the summer stay at this spot the location is really as good as it get with great access to Tahoe City and the surrounding wilderness. Plusses: Big Back Yard Space! Cooking setup is almost perfect... Lots of various dish ware and stuff to cook with and on. Huge fridge Pretty modern, recently renovated, cabin Very very cosesey / comfortable living space... Comfortable beds / betting Gas "fire" place Good A/V setup Very nice people managing cabin!! Hot tub, Hot tub, Hot tub!!! Location, Super close access to trails like the TRT and others, Hiking, Great Biking down the Truckee River Bike Trail, Walking, River rafting, etc so much out doors fun! Easy to find Super Quiet for sleep and chilling.. Edge of the national forest Tahoe city walk distance to food, shops, civilization.

Our group had a great stay at this cozy little Tahoe City cabin.
“Our group had a great stay at this cozy little Tahoe City cabin. It was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked and even had some spices to use. We made great use of the hot tub and enjoyed taking a stroll to downtown. Also close by to Squaw (15 min) for perhaps our next ski trip. All in all a great trip and appreciate that we were able to reserve it less than 24 hours in advance for a quick last minute trip to escape the smokey Bay Area.”

First time In the Lake Tahoe area. What a Place!
My family of 5 loved this cabin with it's location. It's close to Squaw valley, the Lake and Tahoe city. It was easy to shop and get supplies. We have three kids 15,13 and 10. This place just worked for us with the large kitchen and living area. The hot tub was great, the snow must have been 5ft deep around the hot tub. It was quite a site to see. The place was clean and the owner was very helpful. We had a great time. I would recommend this cabin to a to all my friends. We will be back very soon.

Great family getaway
We loved this cottage it is quite big for a 2 bedroom cabin and the kids and our dog have a great time exploring out behind the house. The house was nice and clean and we loved the welcome wine. It was nice and close to skiing and Tahoe City. We will be back.

Love the cute house
My husband, our 2 years old yellow lab and I had a lot of fun in this house, it is nice and cosy, will come back again!
