 Backing to the forest, a seasonal creek, and a huge network of trails...Gone Ski ‘inn is an amazing spot! Experience the WOW factor the minute you pull up to this Tahoe Mountain home. Gone Ski ‘inn is about 2 miles from the Lake and less than 10 miles from Northstar Resort. This home offers incredible walking, hiking and biking trails all right outside your door. Featuring an open floor plan and single level living, it is great for entertaining and relaxing after a fun-filled  great outdoor Tahoe adventures.
Important, this property does not have air conditioning.  Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
As you walk in the front door, you enter the great Room and are greeted by high ceilings that open to a large welcoming fireplace. The open floor plan is great for everyone to hang out while cooking, eating, or taking a nap on the large comfy sofa with electric recliners.
The hallway to the right of the entrance leads to the 3 equally large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom. Bedroom 1 has a King, bedroom 2 has a Cal King, and bedroom 3 has a Queen and a Twin.
Through the great room you can access the large deck which leads to an open private forest area. There you can privately enjoy a nice BBQ or your morning coffee with nothing but mother nature in front of you. There is also a nice large 2 car garage so you don’t have to worry about shoveling out your cars in the morning to make it to the mountains for first chair!
When you are not enjoying the comforts of the home, you can walk right outside your  door, walk down the street and enter a large trail system, perfect for hiking, biking, snowmobiling and more. Kingswood West is one of the few subdivisions in North Lake Tahoe that is a short drive (10 minutes) to Northstar Ski Resort and to Lake Tahoe's sandy shoreline (5 minutes), shopping and dining scene.

1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.

Would definitely recommend staying here.
