As you enter the home if you take the stairs, you will enter the primary bedroom, which is the entire 2nd floor, offering a private balcony, a luxe walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. When entering the first floor, you are greeted with an amazing brand-new kitchen with gorgeous countertops and high-end appliances. After you prepare tasty dishes in the spacious modern kitchen, come together at the large rustic dining table for home-cooked meals. Through the dining area is a comfy living room, with fireplace and your favorite streaming networks on the TV.
The 2nd suit bedroom is also newly renovated on the main floor with a new en-suit modern bathroom. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are also on the main floor, all spacious and share a bathroom (which has the in-house washer and dryer). Through the backdoor to the deck, you will find a nice private fenced in yard with a hot tub to relax at the end of an adventurous Tahoe day! The large front deck is perfect to host a cookout and barbecue burgers on the gas grill in the summertime!
Enjoy a choice location, minutes from skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and biking! In a wonderful location, your home is minutes from downtown Tahoe City. 3-minute drive to the Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing, as well as miles of hiking and mountain biking trails in summer months. Or hop on the Tahoe Trailways Bike Path and pedal your way along the west shore. For a fun outing, check out a summer concert at Commons Beach or Kings Beach -- both within a short drive! Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. This rental does not have air-conditioning.
POLICIES & DISCLOSURES
1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.
