We ask travelers to plan their vacation appropriately for the rural mountain climate and encourage guests to research all travel insurance options, as Tahoe Moon Properties cannot provide refunds for things outside of our control.

Great house in the mountains
Our family loved this house, even with its flaws. First, the location was outstanding for us. A short walk up the road and you can hike Alpine Meadows. You can access the Tahoe Rim Trail just a few minutes' drive down the road. The kitchen is modern and clean. The main level is terrific with a great deck. The downstairs bedroom is quirky in layout, but stays very cool in the summer. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable, but very hot in the summer. Screens on all the windows would help. Overall we were very happy!
