OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-This is a dog-friendly house but in order to bring a dog, you must pay a $100 dog fee per dog, 2 dog maximum.  If you bring a dog without paying the dog fee, you will be subject to a fine much greater than the pet fee. 
-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules).  Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
-Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older
-This home has a long term small cabin on the back end of the property. There is a fence to provide privacy to the backyard. The space rented to our guests will not be entered onto by the long term tenants as they have a back exit, so the yard is able to be privately used by guests.
