Cedar Crest at Tahoe Park is the escape to Tahoe you didn’t know you needed. This remodeled classic Tahoe home with lakefront benefits, comfortable forested setting and private backyard. Recently remodeled & offered fully furnished & equipped. 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Comfortable living room & great bunk room for the kids.  Radiant heated kitchen and bathroom slate floors. The remodeled kitchen is complete with granite countertops, copper farm sink, and the perfect setting for a Tahoe getaway!
Important, this property does not have air conditioning.  Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
If you love being close to everything, you'll love staying in Tahoe Park! The cabin is within a 5-minute walk to the Lake Tahoe Park Association Beach (with full key access), Sunnyside Restaurant, West Shore Market & FireSign Cafe. In addition, you can catch the bike trail just down the street and enjoy miles of paved trails along the west shore or into Tahoe City, down the Truckee River, or all the way out to Squaw Valley. A great value and comfortable getaway for couples or families alike!
The beach: Tahoe Park Homeowner’s beach is right down the street, offering 400 feet of beachfront, 2 piers, a basketball half-court and a park-like area that is gated & private. The private beach is great for families has a large play/ swing set area, picnic tables, swim platforms, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes and bocce ball.
The neighborhood: Sunnyside is hot for good reason! A few blocks from the docks, we’re the one spot on this side of the lake that’s walking distance from not one but two of the best brunch places in Tahoe.
The activities: We will guide you on where to rent a boat, find the good hikes, and hop the local watering holes. The beauty of this house is that it is close to biking, river rafting, sledding, skiing, and snowboarding (Squaw, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Homewood, et al.), the Tahoe Rim Trail, and all that outdoorsy goodness.
