Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
This stunning newly renovated house offers a hot tub, the ability to accommodate up to 12 guests. This large home has been newly renovated with a modern theme and total comfort, every small detailed has been considered to create an exceptionally comfortable, immaculate and luxurious mountain getaway. Hours were spent selecting the best appliances and products and laying out the kitchen to create a totally functional gourmet kitchen.
The great room just up a few stairs from the entrance, is the perfect setting for entertaining in style. The living room, kitchen and dining room open to the large top deck with a view the beautifully manicured backyard and the gorgeous Lake Tahoe and opulent outdoor furniture. The massive, grassy, back yard allows a safe space for children to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a horseshoe pit for some outdoor fun.
Upstairs from the great room is a loft that has two twin beds a large flat screen TV and bean bag, this room becomes the teens’ favorite hangout.
Downstairs from the entrance is a second living-entertainment room with large comfy couches a flat-screen TV and another open fireplace. Off this room are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one a master bath. Both rooms have queen beds. On the main level, down the hallway, are three more bedrooms, two containing queen beds that share a bathroom. The third bedroom is a beautiful master suite with a large deck and hot tub access from the room.
It is also located just a 5-minute drive outside of Tahoe City, in Dollar Point, and is a short distance along the bike path in warmer months. This lakefront lodge is situated amongst all that Tahoe has to offer. Boat ramps, public beach access, kayak and jet ski rentals, and walking trails are a few of the many summer amenities easily accessible from this vacation rental.

1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.
