Two sliding doors open onto the sunny deck that wraps around the house. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine or watch dusk fall over the lake while relaxing on the deck.
Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
The master bedroom which has a King Bed with a full en suite bath is also on this floor as well as a guest half bath.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs - one with a queen bed and the last bedroom has a bunk bed (single/single) and a single with a trundle. There is a full bath for these bedrooms to share.
During the winter you are about 15 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski areas.
Summertime you can leave your car at the home and enjoy Commons Beach (local favorite for lakeside live music and weekly movies), world class restaurants, shopping, farmers market, golf, galleries and local coffee shops.

1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.
