This large Agate Bay property has 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a private hot tub. Downstairs hosts a large dining room attached to a TV room, and through the kitchen you find a comfy kitchen nook and the large family room! The house has space for everyone! Lake Tahoe, Carnelian Bay, and Patton Beach (dog-friendly) is a short half mile walk from the home. There is plenty of off-street parking, and the charm and amenities of this vacation rental cabin will keep you coming back year after year. This Lake Tahoe vacation rental cabin is fully equipped with free high-speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels equal to the maximum occupancy of the house, spa towels, pot/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, TV's, washer & dryer, and a barbecue.
The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.

We had a great time overall at the property, with excellent communication with the property management team resolving any minor issues. Overall the property was clean, with only a few could be better points - like laundry detergent and hand soap. Otherwise great stay. I would pay attention to room layout to make sure it fits your party. I think two of the rooms have 5 bunk beds (10 people) and 3 rooms for adult pairs. Close to skiing and sledding! Would do again.
