This open Floor Plan designed for Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen, with two sliding glass doors that go out onto the 300 Sq Ft deck in the front of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the fireplace is perfrect to heat you up while dining. There are large Windows which go to the ceiling, letting in lots of natural light. The windows have been treated to keep out the harmful UV rays and infrared light, as well, has custom blinds. There is a large loft area outside of the Master Suite. The upstairs loft looks down into the Living Room and Dining Room and out onto the deck. The Master en-suite Bath has Custom Vanity, Double Sinks, Granite Top, walk-in Shower with seat, and separate jetted tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the main floor with another full bathroom, as well as a washer/dryer room. The house has a large garage to keep your cars warm in the winter.

Locals flock to the ski mountains when the snow begins to fall and you’ll be conveniently located to some of the best! 10 minutes of Northstar Ski Resort and 15 minutes of Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Heavenly are all a quick drive from the property as well.

1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.
